Terms of Service

Last updated: June 16, 2026. These Terms explain the rules for using Nexloy to deploy and manage apps.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Nexloy, a self-hosted product for deploying and managing apps, resources, certificates, servers, and related operational data.

By creating an account or using Nexloy, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you are using Nexloy for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, enforcing appropriate access controls, and promptly notifying your administrator of suspected unauthorized access.

Administrators are responsible for assigning roles, project access, server permissions, and any sensitive access approvals used in the workspace.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Nexloy to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, bypass security controls, disrupt infrastructure, or deploy malicious code.

You are responsible for the applications, containers, scripts, secrets, certificates, repositories, and infrastructure that you connect to Nexloy.

4. Deployment and infrastructure responsibility

Nexloy helps generate and apply deployment artifacts, but you remain responsible for reviewing configuration, protecting production systems, backing up data, and validating changes before use.

You are responsible for the security and availability of your managed servers, connected source providers, registries, databases, and external services.

5. Secrets, certificates, and sensitive data

Nexloy may store or process sensitive operational data such as encrypted secrets, certificate material, access tokens, deployment logs, and server metadata.

You agree to only store sensitive data that is necessary for operating your workspace and to manage access to that data with appropriate roles and safeguards.

6. Third-party services

Nexloy may connect to third-party services such as source providers, container registries, email providers, monitoring systems, and infrastructure platforms.

Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. Nexloy is not responsible for third-party services or for changes to their availability, APIs, permissions, or pricing.

7. Availability and changes

Nexloy may be updated, changed, interrupted, or discontinued. Features may evolve as the product and deployment model change.

You are responsible for maintaining backups, rollback plans, and operational procedures appropriate for your environment.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Nexloy is provided as available and without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexloy and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, service interruption, security incidents, or infrastructure failures arising from use of the product.

9. Termination

Access may be suspended or removed if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if continued access presents a security or operational risk.

You remain responsible for exporting or preserving any data you need before access is removed, subject to your organization's policies and applicable law.
